SecDim Grade
Demonstrate your company's commitment to building software with robust security measures — with a certification grounded in what your engineers can actually do.

Certification Overview
The rise in cybersecurity incidents caused by vulnerabilities stemming from code underscores the need for secure programming practices. As incidents continue to proliferate, the adoption of application security measures becomes increasingly imperative.
In response, SecDim offers a certification aimed at assessing and validating the secure programming capabilities of an organisation. Our focus is on enabling engineering teams to showcase their proficiency in secure software development amidst the evolving threat landscape — affirming an organisation's capability to mitigate the risk of security breaches and minimise post-deployment vulnerabilities.
Certification is measured at two levels. The organisation earns a SecDim Grade — a benchmarked measure of team capability built from thousands of data points across companies. The engineers behind it each hold a SecDim Rank — their individual standing on the global ranking, earned by finding, exploiting, and fixing real vulnerabilities. Together they certify both the team and the people on it.
Key Features
Capability assessment
Assesses the knowledge and skills of software development teams, ensuring they have the expertise to build software securely — verified by real exploit-and-fix work, not self-reported answers.
The SecDim Grade
Your organisation receives a SecDim Grade from A+ to F, indicating its level of proficiency in secure software development.
The SecDim Rank
Each engineer holds an individual SecDim Rank on the global ranking — recognition they can carry on their profile, CV, and beyond.
Benchmarked worldwide
Compare your SecDim Grade with similar software development teams globally — and your engineers' SecDim Ranks against developers worldwide — to see your relative position in the industry.
